Chelsea Pitonyak, Assistant Principal
It is with great pleasure and enthusiasm that I write this letter as the new Assistant Principal at Endeavour Elementary School. I am honored to join this incredible staff. We are dedicated to providing an engaging and exciting school experience here at Endeavour for both our students and families.
I began my teaching career as a Health and Physical Education teacher in Hamilton Township, New Jersey. Throughout my time in Hamilton, I was able to teach multiple grade spans, serve as a teacher leader, run character education programs, and serve as Community Outreach coordinator. In addition to this, I have coached high school soccer for the past 9 years. Coaching and playing soccer is one of my biggest passions. However, with each passing year, my sprint begins to look more like a jog! In addition to soccer, in my spare time I enjoy going down to Long Beach Island, trying new restaurants, reading, and going on hikes with my fiance and our two dogs, Mickey and Ziggy.
My favorite part of the school day is any moment I get to spend time and interact with students. I love popping into learning spaces and lunchrooms, chatting with students, and being a cheerleader for their successes. I value supporting the whole child through social and emotional learning and uphold the Endeavour philosophy of “Every Student, Every Day.”
I am looking forward to a great school year filled with success, collaboration, character and community.
