I am so excited to meet your children! I look forward to supporting them on their academic journey and having open communication with you. I promise them the best of my growth as an educator and days full of learning, laughter, and yes, challenges.
A Little About Me
I have taught in the North Hanover School District for over twenty years. Prior to my family's move to the area, we lived in Germany where my husband served in the United States Air Force. I worked at the Department of Defense Dependent School (DODDS) on Spangdahlem Air Base. I have a son, Alex, and daughter, Danielle who are both working and doing well. I enjoy family time, reading, and recently, pickleball. My passion has always been children and laying the groundwork for them to be independent thinkers and successful in life.
The classroom environment is very important to me. I want my students to feel safe and know they are valued and have a voice. I will encourage them to take risks and expand their learning into new areas. I anticipate mistakes, suggestions, and questions. I welcome them! Lastly, I look forward to your child's best behavior and effort. With your support and guidance at home, your child will surely have a successful year.
