Hello 2nd grade families, my name is Ms. Young, and I am so excited to be your child’s teacher this school year. I grew up in NJ and after college moved to Virginia and taught the last 5 years as a 2nd grade special education teacher. I look forward to getting to know your child and fostering a safe and encouraging space for them to learn and grow. I believe that school and home collaboration is essential to ensure that your child has the best school year possible. I am so excited for all the memories we are going to make!
